This jacket now hangs in Penn State's history hallway at the main campus.
This is Colonel's Senior Year canvas Jacket of which was exclusively bought at the PSC bookstore and entirely hand-drawn as well as worn all year.
Eugene Forquer & Neal Witmer - Roommates, also enlisted in the ROTC with Colonel.
