Before Television?

What did I do at night before television? Mostly I played baseball (or similar games) until dark and then it was go inside and “do my homework” assignment until it was bedtime. My Father listened to the radio each evening but that did not appeal to me. He listened to the news, the weather and a program called “Amos and Andy”.
