Weather Conditions


What was the worst weather you ever endured?

The Siegfried Line was in Germany, but we went across the Sauer [River] from within Luxemburg, of course the Sauer, then the Siegfried Line, but the bitterness… that was after the Bulge, the bitterness... of the weather was just unbelievable.
